To do this, pump the sprayer 7 times. To pump the sprayer, hold the bottle with your thumb at the base and your index and middle fingers on the white shoulder area and press your thumb firmly and quickly against the bottle. If you do not use this medicine for more than 24 hours, re-prime by pumping twice before using it again. If you do not use this medicine for more than 7 days, re-prime by pumping 7 times again before use. TO USE THIS MEDICINE, blow your nose to clear your nostrils. Close 1 nostril with your finger against the side of the nose. Insert the nasal tip into the other nostril and point the tip toward the back and outer side of the nose. Pump the sprayer into your nose, sniff deeply, breathe out through your mouth, and remove the spray bottle from your nose. After removing the bottle, tilt your head backwards for a few seconds to let the spray spread over the back of the nose. Replace the plastic dust cap after each use. IF THE NASAL TIP BECOMES CLOGGED, remove the plastic dust cap and safety clip. Hold the nasal tip under running warm tap water for about a minute. Dry the nasal tip, re-prime the nasal spray pump, and replace the dust cap and safety clip. STORE THIS MEDICINE at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C), away from heat, moisture, and light. KEEP THIS MEDICINE out of the reach of children and away from pets.
