What is cyproheptadine?
Cyproheptadine is an antihistamine prescribed to treat symptoms of allergies and certain allergic reactions. How do I take cyproheptadine?
Cyproheptadine is administered as a tablet or syrup. Both forms are taken orally two or three times daily, depending on the condition being treated and the patient’s medical profile. This medication may be taken with or without food. Follow the dosing instructions exactly and do not take more or less than the prescribed amount.
